Art Therapy
Art therapy offers a calm, supportive space to explore what’s going on inside, especially when words feel hard to find. You don’t need any art experience. We can use art materials, talking, or a mix of both to explore feelings, experiences, and patterns, at a pace that feels right for you.
I have a limited number of sliding-scale spaces available and can offer a discount on block bookings.

ADHD and neurodivergent coaching
Coaching offers a practical, non-judgemental space to understand your strengths, challenges, and patterns. Together, we look at what supports your focus and energy, what drains you, and what matters most to you, and build tools that help day-to-day life feel more manageable.
I work with Access to Work funding for eligible clients.

Finding gentle ways
Working with me isn’t about quick fixes or forcing yourself into systems that don’t fit. It’s about slowing down, noticing what’s really going on, and finding ways forward that work for you.
My approach is calm and person-centred. Our sessions are collaborative. You set the focus, and together we explore what’s getting in the way and what might help. Sometimes that means building practical strategies for everyday life. At other times, it’s about developing self-trust, compassion, or giving yourself permission to rest.
You can choose therapy, coaching, or a blend of both, we’ll work in a way that feels right for you.
Space to unfold
I don’t believe in “shoulds” or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I offer a calm space where you can be yourself, without rushing or masking.
Step by step, we’ll work towards more clarity, confidence, and ease in everyday life.
