Cancellation, Fees and Refund Policy

Booking and payments
Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking or within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Payment information is processed securely through UK-compliant financial systems and never stored on this website.

Client cancellations

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are charged in full.

  • For free or introductory sessions, missed sessions are forfeited and cannot be rebooked.

Cancellation by therapist or coach
If I need to cancel, I will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at no charge.

Refunds
No refunds are available for completed sessions or partially used packages. In exceptional cases, refunds may be made at my discretion within 14 days.

Lateness
If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time to respect other clients. The full fee applies.

Emergencies or illness
I understand emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if you cannot attend. I may waive charges in exceptional circumstances.

Accessibility and flexibility
If you have a disability, health condition, or caring responsibility that may affect attendance, please let me know so reasonable adjustments can be made.
