Support that meets you where you are.

I’m an art therapist and ADHD coach who believes in meeting people gently, just as they are. My background includes creative and communications work, grounded in listening closely and helping people make sense of what’s going on inside.

I’m also neurodivergent, and that lived experience shapes how I work - with empathy, clarity, and respect for different ways of thinking and feeling. While my experiences inform my approach, the focus here is always you: your pace, your needs, and what feels right for you.

Outside of work, I stay grounded through family, creativity, and movement, things that help me slow down and reconnect.

Welcome, I’m Nyree

My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. I often work with people who feel a bit different. Thoughtful, creative, and trying to build a life that fits them better, rather than forcing themselves to fit expectations.

I believe that when you’re given space to slow down and feel understood, the next step often becomes clearer.
